About Us.

The Collie Harness Racing Club opened in 1952 boasting racing under lights. The race meetings that followed were held mostly on Friday nights. 

In 1981 the club moved to afternoon meetings, mainly held on a Saturday until the mid 1990's. 

The club now races as a spring/summer club on alternating Sundays over October and November.

Over the years the club has improved facilities with shade sails, additional seating and tables to cater for larger crowds.

In 2015 a Mobile Barrier was introduced to racing with great success, this added to the pre existing traditional Standing Starts make The Collie Harness Racing Club Meetings a great annual success.
